Define a first handover your team can accept

Choose a task with a clear stopping point and identify the Australian reviewer. How do we plan around different working-day windows?
Tell us your city, when the relevant people are available and which decisions need a live conversation. A design discussion may need a meeting; checking a supplied page against approved copy may work well through written feedback. We agree the review rhythm around those needs. What makes an asynchronous handover useful?
You should be able to open the work and know what to check. A useful note links to the change, explains how it was checked and lists the questions that still need your input. If something is blocked, say what decision will let it continue. For example, a staging page awaiting final prices needs a content decision; it should not look like an unresolved development fault.
Can an Australian agency use the service behind its own brand?
Yes, subject to agreed visibility and contractual boundaries. Your agency can retain client strategy, creative approval and commercial ownership while we handle the agreed implementation. Before work starts, decide who speaks with the client, whose identity appears in meetings and where client information is stored. White-label work does not grant permission to approach the client or publish the project independently.
How would a WordPress maintenance programme begin?

Can the proposal use AUD?
AUD presentation can be discussed. The proposal and agreement should state the currency, payment terms, included work and third-party costs so you can compare the actual scope. We do not publish percentage savings based on an assumed exchange rate. Consider the time your team will spend briefing and reviewing the work alongside the quoted delivery fee.
How should we organise a launch or urgent release?
Confirm who can approve the release, who has the necessary access and when reviewers can be available. Backups and the recovery procedure should be confirmed before a live change. If hosting or another supplier is involved, establish what they need to do and when. A launch window needs its own agreement; it does not automatically extend ordinary development hours.
When is a retainer more useful than a fixed project?
A retainer can suit recurring changes when you have someone to prioritise requests and review the results. A one-off output with a clear finish may be easier to scope as a project. Look at the work you expect to send: a regular stream of page changes differs from one application feature with several dependencies. In either arrangement, agree what information a task needs before it starts, how investigation is handled and which support is excluded.
