CRM Integration for China–Africa Sales Handover
Make the journey from enquiry to owner visible.
Let’s talkMake enquiry delivery observable

CRM and sales integration for China–Africa operations makes enquiry acceptance, record ownership, retries and sales feedback explicit between the website and receiving system.
Specify the record and its owner
Your team provides the destination system, approved access, field requirements and a sales-operations owner. We agree the source of truth, duplicate rules, assignment logic and the stages staff can reliably maintain. Data access, retention and cross-border handling requirements need approval from the responsible business and advisers.
A first deliverable can be a field map, integration specification and one implemented enquiry route. We build authenticated delivery and exception handling, using the interfaces the system actually supports. Credentials remain server-side; no secret is embedded in a public form or browser script.
Test acceptance through the receiving system
Use synthetic records to verify required fields, source market, page locale and consent context. Check a normal submission, a duplicate, an invalid destination response and an interrupted connection. Acceptance requires evidence that the receiving system accepted the record, not merely that the browser displayed a confirmation.
The plan defines retry or manual-recovery behaviour without silently creating duplicate sales tasks. Logging should support investigation while avoiding unnecessary personal information. The operational owner needs to know where failed deliveries appear and how to reconcile them.
Separate integration from sales operations
The integration does not guarantee that staff will contact a lead or keep stages current. Those are operating responsibilities. CRM licences, downstream workflows, account permissions and continuing monitoring are explicitly scoped. Reports use only the stages the sales process can substantiate.
Explore customer acquisition or describe the systems between your form and sales team.
Write the contract between capture and sales records
An illustrative integration brief could map a local website request into an existing CRM record, preserve the product and market context and identify the responsible sales queue. The field map should explain meaning and ownership, not merely pair similarly named columns. A source value may need validation or a business decision before the destination can use it safely.
The acceptance pack should show controlled submissions reaching the authorised receiving environment, with evidence for normal, duplicate and failed routes. Recovery instructions tell operations how to identify unresolved deliveries without exposing personal information in broad logs. Integration completion is a technical handover, not a claim that staff will maintain every later sales stage automatically.
Accept duplicate and failed delivery cases as well as success
A repeated submission should not create two independent sales tasks, and a failed receiver should not produce an unqualified success claim. Agree what the receiver durably stores and who reconciles exceptions. Lead-generation planning defines required fields; PHP development may extend the existing system. Share a redacted record shape and failure example, never credentials or live customer exports.
