Digital work shaped around your industry
Start with what your customer or team needs to do: compare a product, request a quote, place an order or handle an enquiry. We use that task, together with your industry knowledge, to work out what the website or software needs to support.
Let’s talkThe workflow changes the brief
A vehicle enquiry, an industrial quotation and a retail order ask different things of a website. One visitor may want to compare options before speaking to sales; another needs to send a specification; a third is ready to buy. Knowing which action matters helps us decide what information belongs on the page and what should happen next.
We bring the digital planning and delivery perspective. You bring the knowledge of your products, customers and day-to-day work. Together, those perspectives help connect a useful customer experience to a process your team can support. Your technical or professional reviewers still need to confirm claims about suitability, financial products or regulated activity.
Find the closest starting point
Choose the page closest to the decision your customer or team needs to make:
- Automotive: help people discover products, compare relevant details and make an enquiry that sales can follow up.
- Renewable energy: explain the offer clearly and help an interested buyer reach the right technical conversation.
- Industrial equipment: make product information useful to someone assessing equipment for a particular task.
- Manufacturing: connect catalogue browsing to quotation requests and the work needed to respond to them.
- Retail and eCommerce: consider the purchase and fulfilment together, including the information a shopper needs before ordering.
- Professional services: explain your expertise, who the service suits and what a prospective client should ask about first.
- Financial services: organise information around buyer questions, with clear limits on what the content says and who reviews it.
- Technology and SaaS: clarify the market-facing experience or explore where external delivery capacity could support your team.
Turn context into a useful scope
Start with one task and follow it through. What does the visitor need to know? What do they submit or choose? Who receives it, and what do they need to act on it? These answers help us choose the relevant mix of website, software, marketing and creative work.
For example, a request for an equipment quote might need a product reference and a description of its intended use. If every request still needs a technical discussion, the first version could help buyers supply that context and explain the next step. The price and suitability could remain part of that discussion. We would also ask what happens when someone cannot identify the product: can they describe the job instead, and who should receive that request? Working through a normal enquiry and an exception helps define the form and the handover.
Talk through your industry brief. Bring one real customer journey or internal process, including the point where people get stuck or need help.
Use context to choose the questions, not to assume the answer
A manufacturer selling through partners may need to help visitors find a supplier. One taking direct orders may need to collect purchase details itself. Both belong to the same industry, but the useful next action is different. Choose the route that reflects how your business actually sells and works.
The industry pages describe possible applications of our services. For evidence of completed work, use the portfolio and its project details; an industry page alone does not establish credentials, country operations or results.
Bring the sector context that changes the scope
Useful starting material can be simple: a product sheet, a typical enquiry with personal details removed, or an outline of the steps staff take after a request arrives. Explain who is buying, what they need to decide and which details require specialist approval.
Also flag anything the digital work must fit around, such as a partner sales route or an existing system. If you do not yet know how an enquiry should reach that system, say so. We can explore that question before it becomes an assumed feature of the project.
