Price them separately so you can see what it costs to understand the problem, make agreed changes and keep reviewing the site. We use your selected quantities to shape that discussion; the hours and any external costs still need approval.
Describe a representative delivery
Start with your domain, approximate page count, CMS, target markets and languages. Add one example of the work you want help with: perhaps a group of pages to investigate or content that needs a research brief. Tell us who can approve changes to the site and review written content. These details help us distinguish a repeatable change from work that needs page-by-page attention.
Use the first-delivery option for a manageable starting point, such as an audit before choosing fixes. For a broader programme, identify what each stage needs and how you will check the work. Quantities describe activities or units of work; selecting them does not approve the time each unit takes or create a fixed price.
Separate SEO diagnosis, remediation and ongoing work
A technical SEO audit identifies issues; implementation resolves an agreed subset. Content research and writing are separate work streams, while ongoing monitoring needs a recurring allowance. Give each worksheet item a clear output and someone to review it. That makes it easier to decide which fixes to fund first and what a monthly allowance should cover.
Page count, CMS restrictions, languages and target markets influence the scope. For example, a canonical pattern shared across many pages calls for a different estimate from separate content briefs for those pages. Unknown legacy behaviour may require discovery before remediation can be priced. We can agree to deliver a corrected canonical pattern, a reviewed content brief or a documented crawl issue; rankings and traffic increases cannot be guaranteed. Paid tools, external content production and other third-party charges need to be listed separately.
Hours, costs and assumptions
Confirmed labour is calculated at R850 per hour excluding VAT. Each selected quantity is multiplied by an approved hours-per-unit value. Base, discovery and complexity allowances need their own approval. Unapproved items remain Custom quote required and prevent a fixed total; they are never silently priced as zero.
For each priced activity, the calculation is quantity × approved hours per unit × R850. Add the approved labour amounts for the once-off work separately from those for monthly work. If content writing or a paid tool is still unpriced, a known labour subtotal cannot stand in for the complete project price.
The initial ten-hour website allocation is specific to the existing website calculator. It is not automatically applied to this service. Where managed dedicated hosting is selected, the separately stated management allocation applies to the agreed management scope.
Once-off work and monthly commitments are shown independently. Content writing, SEO, subscriptions, platform usage, travel and other external charges are included only when explicitly approved and itemised. International display currency does not change the authoritative ZAR calculation or establish a tax exemption.
