We use that question to scope GA4/GTM, server-side events, BI dashboards and attribution instrumentation. Tell us which websites, apps and reporting tools are already in use before choosing quantities. Adding tags, connecting data sources and defining a report are different pieces of work. The estimate should show which need discovery, implementation or verification, and which carry an ongoing operating commitment. An existing tracking setup may need investigation before we can price changes to it. ## Describe a representative delivery Bring one example of the decision you want the data to support, along with the websites and apps involved, current event names, advertising platforms, CRM and consent requirements. If you already have a report, point to the figure you cannot explain or trust. That gives us a practical starting point for checking the scope. For a broader programme, list the systems it depends on and how each phase will be checked. Quantities count activities or units of work; their hours still need approval. Selecting a plan does not establish a fixed price. ## Define an event matrix and measurement phase plan An event matrix sets out each event’s name, trigger, source, destination and validation method. It helps us agree what a number actually represents before implementing tags. For example, a hypothetical enquiry report could distinguish a visitor clicking “Submit”, a lead being successfully stored, and that lead later being qualified in the CRM. Those are three different observations. If you need to report on qualified leads, tracking the button click alone would leave part of the scope unresolved. The plan needs to identify the relevant sources, the access required and how the events will be checked. GA4, GTM, server-side events, warehouse connections and BI dashboards bring different permissions and operating costs. We need to document consent requirements and exclude personal information from tracking payloads. Data freshness and historical quality affect what a report can show; attribution may remain incomplete across platforms or devices. Agree who will validate events, define report figures and handle changes to an upstream source. ## Hours, costs and assumptions Confirmed labour is calculated at **R850 per hour excluding VAT**. Each selected quantity is multiplied by an approved hours-per-unit value. Base, discovery and complexity allowances need their own approval. Unapproved items remain **Custom quote required** and prevent a fixed total; they are never silently priced as zero. The initial ten-hour website allocation is specific to the existing website calculator. It is not automatically applied to this service. Where managed dedicated hosting is selected, the separately stated management allocation applies to the agreed management scope. Once-off work and monthly commitments are shown independently. When comparing scope options, consider both the work to set up measurement and the cost of keeping the selected services running. Content writing, SEO, subscriptions, platform usage, travel and other external charges are included only when explicitly approved and itemised. International display currency does not change the authoritative ZAR calculation or establish a tax exemption. ## Scope boundaries - No claim of perfect cross-platform attribution. - Cloud storage, analytics and dashboard subscription fees separate. - CRM access and historical data quality affect quote. ## Use the plan to request an estimate A few useful answers before you decide. The tool prepares an event matrix and measurement phase plan. Check that it covers the events and reports you need, the systems they depend on and any amounts still awaiting a quote. Include gaps in access or data quality so we can discuss their effect on the work. Your contact details stay separate from saved session selections. Payment milestones and quote validity require written confirmation. The R850 hourly rate is confirmed, but a selected activity may still need approved unit hours or supplier charges. For example, choosing a CRM connection identifies work to discuss; it does not establish the effort needed for your existing setup. The tool keeps that scope visible and marks the pending amounts. A reviewed proposal establishes those amounts before a fixed price can be confirmed. ### Is the result a binding quotation? No. The selected scope and any known charges are indicative until reviewed and confirmed in writing. Use the result to discuss what is included and what still needs pricing. An issued PDF uses server-side calculation and identifies pending items, exclusions, tax treatment and custom payment terms.
