Privacy & your choices

This notice describes the website’s implemented enquiry and browser-storage behaviour. It identifies a contact route and the current configuration boundaries; provider, retention and jurisdiction-specific legal details require review before collection expands.

## Scope and contact

This notice describes the website delivered here and the enquiry information you choose to share with Webvelopment. Questions, correction requests and requests about your personal information can be sent to [hello@webvelopment.co.za](mailto:hello@webvelopment.co.za). Please do not include identity documents or sensitive records in an initial request.

## Information on this website

The pages can be browsed without creating an account. This build does not load advertising pixels, external analytics scripts or third-party fonts. The hosting service necessarily receives network requests needed to deliver pages and assets. Its logging and retention configuration must be considered alongside this notice at deployment.

Cookie preferences are saved on your device. If you explicitly allow campaign attribution, campaign source labels from the URL may be stored locally for up to 30 days and included with an enquiry. Choosing essential-only removes saved campaign attribution. These settings do not store the name, email or message you enter in the form.

Using manual region or language navigation, or handling a region suggestion, stores only a boolean flag in this browser tab’s session storage to prevent repeated prompts. It does not retain your country, chosen destination or location history and is not sent to analytics. Automatic region detection is disabled; the site does not request GPS access or make a third-party location lookup. Any future detection source requires review and an updated disclosure before activation.

## Enquiries

If you contact the business by email, the message and contact details are used to understand and respond to your request. Do not include information about other people unless you are entitled to share it. An enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.

Online form submission is disabled in this preview. A working form requires a configured delivery service and a reviewed disclosure of the providers, storage locations, access arrangements and retention settings used by that service. The page clearly states when submissions are unavailable; it does not claim to send information when no endpoint is configured.

## Your choices

You can change local attribution preferences through Cookie preferences in the footer and clear browser storage at any time. For information already sent by email, contact the business to discuss access, correction or deletion, subject to any applicable retention obligations. We may need sufficient information to identify the relevant conversation safely.

## Before sending sensitive information

Use an initial enquiry to describe the project. Customer databases, credentials, financial records and special-category information should be handled only through an agreed, appropriate process. Jurisdiction-specific rights and cross-border arrangements depend on the engagement and should be confirmed before collection expands.

## Check the service-specific notice before sharing more information

An initial enquiry may describe the project stage and target date alongside contact and project details. The pricing workflow requires its own configured storage, access and retention disclosures before activation. If you need to ask about information already supplied, use the contact route and identify the relevant conversation without sending additional sensitive documents. Qualified legal approval of the controller, processors, transfers and applicable rights remains required.
