Graphic design for campaigns, presentations and printed material, with layouts suited to each format and a file pack your team can use.

## The problem we help solve

You may have the message ready but still need a clear way to present it: a sales diagram, campaign image or printed brochure. We turn approved copy and brand assets into material that fits its intended use.

Alongside colours and type, we consider what should catch the eye first, whether a photograph can survive a narrow crop and how much room the content needs.

## What we can deliver

- Creative direction that establishes the visual idea and message hierarchy.

- Digital campaign assets adapted to the agreed placements.

- Brand applications and layouts for business material.

- Reusable templates for content your team updates regularly.

- Final exports, with editable files and usage guidance where agreed.

We choose the outputs around your asset list. A one-off announcement may need only final images; a monthly presentation may benefit from an editable template with room for longer titles and changing figures. Tell us who will use the files and what they need to change.

## How we approach the work

We start with the audience, approved message and destinations. Your logo files, brand guidance, photographs and current material help us identify what is available and what is missing.

We explore a visual direction in representative formats: a small placement at its displayed size, or a brochure page with realistic copy. After checking hierarchy and legibility with you, we extend the design and prepare the approved files with usage information.

## Who this is for

This can suit a marketing team preparing a campaign, a business whose documents have become inconsistent, or an agency needing help producing an agreed set of assets.

## Boundaries to agree early

We agree the asset list and revision stages before production. Stock licences, printing, photography, identity naming and trademark advice are not included unless specified. If the design needs a photograph you do not yet have, we need to settle how it will be sourced before building the layout around it.

If your team will edit the work, tell us which software they use and what they need to change before we agree the file formats.

## Questions before we start

A few useful answers before you decide.

### Can you use our existing brand?

Yes. We work from your supplied identity and review what is available before applying it. A logo image on its own may leave questions about typefaces, colours or spacing; we will highlight missing files, guidance or usage rights so those choices can be settled.

### What do you need from us?

Bring an asset list, examples of where the material will appear, and your approved identity and copy. Include dimensions or supplier specifications if you have them. If the list is still taking shape, start with the main item and its intended use so we can identify the other formats it needs.

## Review the asset where it will be used

For example, imagine a campaign pack with a wide landing-page image, a small square social placement and a sales presentation. A photograph with open space beside the subject might leave room for a headline on the web page. In the square placement, the crop may remove that space, so the text may need its own area. The presentation can give the same idea more room, with a diagram or supporting detail on a separate slide.

We would review those applications before producing the remaining sizes. Can someone read the offer in the small placement? Does the crop still show the important part of the image? Shared colours and typography can connect the pack while each layout does its own job.

Supply approved copy, available brand assets and a contact who can confirm usage rights. During review, separate changes to the message from corrections to the artwork: a new offer can affect every format, while an awkward line break may affect just one. The final pack should make clear which files your team can edit and which assets carry third-party restrictions.

## Define an asset before counting it as a deliverable

- List its intended use, dimensions or production requirements and the approved content version.

- Confirm imagery, brand assets and any third-party usage permissions.

- Agree whether delivery includes editable source files, a reusable template or final exports only.

## Further design production questions

A few useful answers before you decide.

### What should the initial creative brief contain?

Explain who needs to see the material, what they should understand and where it will appear. Include the approved message, existing identity and practical production requirements. A request to make something look better leaves too many decisions implicit. Reference examples can support discussion, but they do not authorise copying another organisation’s design or assets.

### Can one concept work across many formats?

A shared concept can provide consistency, but adaptations may require different crops, hierarchy or copy. List the intended formats and review representative examples. A small advertisement and a detailed document cannot always use the same composition. Additional sizes or languages are scope decisions because they require production and checking rather than only a file-name change.

### How do you handle asset ownership and licences?

Identify the source and permitted use of photographs, illustrations, fonts and logos before production depends on them. The business should know which assets it owns and which have third-party conditions. Do not assume material found online can be reused. Additional sourcing or licensing is agreed explicitly, with relevant restrictions retained in the handover.

### What belongs in an effective design review?

Assess the message, hierarchy, legibility and fit for the destination. Use realistic copy and view the material at the intended size. Nominate someone to consolidate feedback and verify factual content. Specific feedback helps: “the contact number is too small at print size” gives us a clearer change to make than “make it stand out more.”

### Are print production and physical delivery included?

Only where the proposal specifies those responsibilities. Preparing a file and managing a print supplier are different tasks. Confirm the destination requirements, approval process and any proofing needed. Supplier changes, extra proofs and replacement prints need to be addressed separately; approval of the content matters before material goes to print.

### What should be included in the final file pack?

Agree export formats, source-file requirements and the editing use the business expects. Include relevant guidance and asset restrictions. A final image may be sufficient for one task, while an editable template needs a different handover. For a template, tell us which parts your team needs to update, such as dates, prices or photographs, so the handover can support that use.

## Prepare your next conversation

Send the item you need first, where it will appear and any fixed deadline. Add the copy, brand files and production specifications you already have. We can use those to discuss the asset list, missing material and the files your team will need at handover.
